WHY IS NECESSARY FOR ME TO REGISTER TO PLACE A ORDER?
You don't have to register to shop online. you have the option to sign in as a guest..if you want to bypass the registration feature.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF REGISTERING?
- Enables you to place a order faster, without having to re-enter your shipping information and other details each time you shop.
- You can easily track your order status and history.
- We can keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-enter the items again.
- NOTE that placing items in your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

HOW DO I REGISTER?
You will be asked to register with your existing email account information. We don't have access to your log in information.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order.It's possible this could have gone to your bulk email folder or we have an incorrect email address for you.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, your order confirmation email will be updated to show a shipped status and will include your tracking number if applicable.
You will also receive a separate email with any tracking information once your order ships out.
Generally, standard orders will be shipped out within 3business day and expedited orders the same day if placed by 12pm est Monday to Friday.
I PLACE MY ORDER ON THE WEEKEND WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING. WHY HASN'T IT SHIPPED OUT YET?
All orders receive on weekends or processed the following business day, included expedited orders.
WILL THE SHIPPING CARRIER LEAVE MY PACKAGE AT MY FRONT DOOR OR WILL THEY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
It's up to the shipping carrier whether they feel its safe to leave the package or to require a signature.

CHANGING AN ORDER
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, once your order is submitted, it is usually not possible to change or cancel it.

We cannot cancel or change orders by email.
CAN I STILL RETURN AN ITEM EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE MY INVOICE?
You can return/exchange your merchandise without a invoice. Please include the following information so we know which account to credit when processing your return.

2.billing and shipping address
3. phone number
4. email address

Generally returns or exchange takes 5 business days to process. We do not know whether your package is received by our warehouse until it is processed.
We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number in order to track its delivery date. Once return/exchange is processed you will be emailed a confirmation email.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfy with your order, you may return/exchange unworn merchandise in there original box or plastic package (ex shoes, apparels and accessories) for an exchange/refund within 15 business days of the shipped date...please refer to our return/exchange policy.
DO YOU GET ITEMS IN STOCK, IF THEY ARE SOLD OUT??
We do receive re-stocks daily, and as soon as we do, we post them promptly on our website. We suggest to keep checking for any updates.
We also post hundreds of new arrivals on our website weekly, and you may see something similar that you like. If you see something that you would like to purchase, we recommend that you get it before it sells out, our items sells out quickly.
CAN I REQUEST A ITEM TO BE RE-STOCK?
We do re-stock on new items daily, however we do not know in advance if we will get a particular item back in stock. For all the newest merchandise check new arrivals daily, to see whats new.
